The Challenge: Woof Gang Academy of Grooming needed to increase student enrollment by targeting dog lovers looking for a career change. To maximize ROI, I took a "full-immersion" approach—developing an end-to-end direct response campaign to test the impact of real-time creative optimizations on lead generation.
The Execution: I served as the sole strategist, copywriter, and designer, building the visual identity, headlines, and landing pages from scratch. I moved beyond traditional Art Direction by managing the A/B testing and performance data myself—manually adjusting imagery and CTA copy based on real-time conversion metrics to lower the cost-per-acquisition.
